The Begonia Masoniana River has a large drop-shaped leaf in a deep muted green that darkens as the plant matures. It has a highly textured leaf that will feel soft and become harder as the leaf ages. Like all Begonia, it likes a brightly lit position out of harsh sunlight. Begonia need their soil to stay moist, not wet, but do not like to have water sitting on their leaves as it can cause mold and rotting to occur. They like humidity but don’t have to have it to thrive.
